Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, assignments, agreements and services provided by DsignM Illustrations, based in Oosterhout, the Netherlands.

By placing an order, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Quotations and agreements

• Quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• An agreement is established after written confirmation via email or upon payment of a deposit.
• Changes to the assignment may affect pricing and delivery time.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are stated in euros unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
• A deposit may be required for custom projects.
• In case of non-payment, DsignM Illustrations reserves the right to suspend work.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are indicative and depend on the nature of the project.
• Exceeding a delivery timeframe does not entitle the client to compensation or cancellation unless agreed otherwise.

5. Copyright and usage

• Copyright of all illustrations and designs remains with DsignM Illustrations unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• The client receives usage rights as agreed upon in the assignment (e.g., personal use, commercial use or licensed use).
• The work may not be altered, reproduced or resold without permission.

6. Cancellation

• In case of cancellation after work has started, completed hours and costs will be charged.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Liability

DsignM Illustrations is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss or data loss. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant project.

8. Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
